I am registered to care for 10 children under the age of 12. Of these only 6 can be under the age of 8, and of that 6 only 3 can be under the age of 5. A child who is 4 but has started full time school counts as a 5 year old.

Admissions Policy

Before a child is admitted into my care the following must be in place:

• A contract, agreed and signed by myself and parent/carer
• Acknowledgement slip from parents/carer that they have read and agree to my policies and procedures
• Permission forms, completed and returned
• Payment of deposit and advance fees

Payments and Contracts Information

• Term time and school holiday time only contracts available
• Shift workers may be able to be accommodated
• Ad-hoc and emergency childcare available (Subject to spaces available)
• Minimum contract 4 hours per child
• Other hours may be available upon arrangement
• Deposit required refundable against final week of childcare
• Payment by cash, bank transfer, childcare vouchers and tax-free childcare
• Registered to accept Childcare Offer Wales - Free childcare for 3 and 4 year olds
• Fees include healthy snacks and drinks, and toddler group fees
• Late drop off does not constitute late collection
